Wow 11 days...not too shabby for a frumpy unemployed fat mom!  I have been keeping it up, yesterday I worked for almost two hours in the yard, burning a ton of calories, and really watching my intake, and yet, really enjoyed myself.
I went to a friends house last night and stayed way too late, and that was not good because when I got home I was hungry. so I made a sandwich, not great, but not a desaster either.

Ok in some ways yesterday was a great day, I just found out I got the job I was hoping for, it is a job that I will be standing on my feet for about 8 hours a day, so I know that will be burning some calories all on it's own, however, I did not do any exercise yesterday...

Whew, I am tired, I just raked and bagged leaves for an hour today, and I still have some left to do before I can call it a day, but I think I will rest for a bit. 
I guess I am doing well, but what I didn't understand about all this exercise I am doing, is that I get really hungry, I mean yesterday, I was starving, and it is not like I haven't been eating, and eating well, it is just I am so hungry.  It does not seem fair that the more calories you burn the more you want to co...

Wow, this is amazing, I worked out in the yard for about an hour today, and I think it is getting easyer for me.  If I keep this up the yard is gonna look awesome by spring, and we will be able to plant some pretty flowers and start on the veggies.  Mmmm fresh tomatos!

Whew...I did no workouts on Friday, but I was moving around more, I went to a job interview, and did some shopping, so although it was not real exercise, at least it wasn't sitting in a chair.
My mom hasn't seemed very supportive of my efforts, and I understand why after talking to her, she really does not understand how numbers can be motovating to anyone, I had to explain that to me, watching calorie numbers go down, weight go down, calories burned go up, is exsilirating to me.  Sh...

Day four and still going strong, I have really been thinking about what I put in my mouth, and I am cutting empty calories, I have been thinking of the foods that get me full, and have the vitamins that I need.  I still need to cut my fat and sodium intake, and raise my calcium, Vitamin C, and Iron.  Drinking more water has also helped, I just need to remember to drink more BEFORE I eat.
I am going to stack more fire wood today, that seems to be a great workout and it counts
