Wake up, feed my body with whole foods that actually have color designed by God. Check. While driving in the car, do some arm exercises...but steer the car. Check.  Login and really report what goes in my mouth. Check. This is sometimes easy, sometimes very hard. I love sugar and it calls to me even more as I am in week 3 of eating better.  Why would a Blizzard feed my health in any way or even make my anxiety better? It won't...but...
