I know it's only been day two of my workout but I feel real good right about now. I've actually been counting my calories for over a week now and for some odd reason, I've lost 6 lbs! Yay!! It feels so great to know that I am making progress!

I have been trying to lose weight for a long time now and like many others, I have been unsuccessful.
I am determined to lose weight but I can't get enough motivation to just do what it is I need to do to lose weight.
I have access to the gym, I have the Beach Body Insanity workout, I mean I have the ability to exercise but I don't have enough motivation to do it. How do all of you get yourself motivated?
