8 days back on the diet and excercise regime and it's showing. I know i won't keep losing a pound a day but i'm enjoying it while it lasts. I am having trouble eating enough calories every day. Sounds like that shouldn't be a problem while you are losing weight right? but i'm having trouble reaching 1200 calories a day and have been forcing myself to eat to reach it. Hello again,
I stumbled a bit last week and got up to 196 pounds. ack! one day of giving up and it's hard to get back into the groove. I got back on the horse on jan 18th. I've been eating right, averaging about 1400 calories a day. Since I cut out sugars I find that my appetite is much lower and my sugar cravings are gone. Well It's January 3, 2013 and I am starting a weight loss progam. I recently had my third child and i am tipping the scales at 191.6 pounds. I am 5'6" and ready to get back down to 130 pounds. 60 pounds is a pretty daunting number though so i have decided to break it down into 10 pound intervals.
