One thing I have learned is really is about less calories. I know I am not going to eat or drink a certain food to lost weight for a long period of time. I really can eat what I like, just less of it. and monitor my calories. This has been the easiest program for me. I have lost 6 pounds, But I think I would have lost more with exercise. That is the next step for me.

Started my diet 2 weeks ago and have lost 5 pounds. Using this program lets me see just how much calories foods has. It is truely an eye opener. Now need to start to excercise.
