What a time to want to start a diet! Christmas is in less than 2 weeks and I have a TON of cookies to bake this weekend. But, I am sooo tired of being fat!
I am a good 25 pounds heavier than I was when I got married. Thanks to getting pregnant and having a child I packed on the pounds nice and quick. And have yet to lose it after 3 years!
My biggest challenge isn't necessarily the food I eat. My problem is portion size. I grew up eating 3 meals a day, like most people I know. And like al...
