I'm 4 weeks into my diet/workout plan, and I was feeling really good about it at the beggining, but now I can't tell if I've lost any weight.
Me and a buddy entered a 3-month Biggest Loser competition 4 weeks ago. My plan is to count calories and workout 5x a week.
I've been doing well so far, working out more than I initially planned. Only ive been eating a bit too much junk food, even if it is in my calorie limit.
