Weight watching and Stock Tracking

Something I've learned over time is that weighing yourself too often will drive you crazy.  Watching your weight is like checking the stocks, you dont check it every hour of every day. It's a long term investment, that while, it's usually a rollercoaster of increases and decreases, over a week or over a month, or even a year it should be clear in which direction things are headed. I'm done fighting it

It's never been particuallrly hard for me to complete a work out, but it's always been a challenge to get myself motivated to initate a work out. I'M DONE WITH THAT!! I have a lot to gain from losing weight, and I'm ready to finally live the life I believe I deserve to live. I've got time, but I'm not willing to spend it waiting for the pounds to magically
