I am doing fine today. Had a very late breakfast which is customary for me but I will work on that. I will try to eat earlier rather than at 11 am. I've been up since 5 am so now I feel like I'm dragging a bit.
I don't have the time to work out today as my schedule does not allow for it so I will try to eat foods lower in fat.
