I FINALLY lost the 3lbs I gained since the first of January and another .4 lbs to go with it!!!! Woot, Woot! Not sure why I gained it in the first place but this definately helps with the motivation!!

Has joined the gym for the new year. Weighed 287 lbs and since I have started dieting, have gained 3 lbs and can't seem to get it off. Very frustrating!!! Yesterday was REALLY good and gained 1/2 lb. It's hard to keep up the motivation when you are going up, not down. And I've done some serious gym time. Guess I'll have to try to clean up the diet even more, get more water and do cardio every day. It's kind of ridiculous though that I'm having such...

Did a lot of mindless eating today. Wasn't hungry but I seem to just graze all day for no reason. Most of it healthy stuff but you can eat too much of a good thing as well. Will do better tomorrow.

Starting to really get into the groove of things. Since I am so out of shape I did 2 15 min dates with the elliptical. Hopefully this will really get me into the weight loss grove. Want to lose 20lbs by vacation in 4 weeks. Sounds absurd I know but I have done it before and I know I can do it again. Just need to keep up the motivation and ambition.
