Hey all,
I'm not new to the whole weight loss routine. I used to be over weight, then I was a fire fighter, then I was anorexic, then I was a model and a body builder with a flawless body, no i'm a personal trainer on cruise ships and it seems as though I have developed some bad habits on board, such as over eating and binge eating and it has lead to weight gain.
I need to stop this from getting out of control. But I feel helpless. I don't h...
