The frustration of a very short day...and yet the voice to be listened to is the voice that says.....I finished the race of the day.....I found the thing that was lost....I did my best and that is enough....someone said to me yesterday if we don't take the time to take care of ourselves now we will be spending the time later to take care of our symptoms....so grateful to have a body that is working today after 58 years of labor......good old machine it is!!! It seems that this fairy tale was centered around survival and food....the crumbs were to get them back home and the place where they were going was temptation of the things that always cause us to enter into the oven.....I am letting go of the crumbs that will try to bring me back "home" where comfort was and I am letting go of the temptation of the pleasure of sugar that was found on the house that led them to be captured...how that will look will yet to be seen....you would think after losing...
