I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Accurately entering everything I eat makes me realize that I eat partly from boredom. It also encourages me to look for low cal, filling foods that give me more bang for the calories. Personally, I need to feel satisfied at the end of a meal. Using low cal and Volumetric info has helped. Have lots of calorie cutting ideas that have been helpful, and will remain a permanent part of my eating patterns. Still haven't found a con...
