It has taken 5 days to make the scale move at all, but I am down 1.5 pounds. My goal is 2 pounds a week. It has really helped to track all of my food. I can see that I am eating too much fat and not enough protein. I am going to tweak my foods next week. I think Lean Cuisines for lunch are not keeping me full until supper and have too much fat.

Hi everyone! In the last 5 1/2 years, I have lost from 233 down to 163 and a size 10. I love buying size 10 clothes. However, in the past 9 months, I have regained 10 pounds. My size 10 clothes are very tight. And my goal is 130. So today is it. I am using FitClick to track weight and food and exercise and I WILL be 130 pounds by April 29th when I board a ship for the Panama Canal. Watch out goal, here I come!!
