Ok so yesterday was a bad day.  I did well in the morning and then a friend called and was taking her daughter to the movies and wanted to know if my daughter wanted to go as well.  They were going to see Fame which I saw as a young adult and thought it was a good movie so I went as well.  It was really nice because it was just me and may daughter (girls night out).  We got to the theater and then it hit me......the smell of popcorn........I got a pop and popcorn to split with Tori and proceeded to eat more than I should.  I finally put it away and didn't finish it and only had a couple of sips of my pop.  In all it wasn't too bad, then the lady I was with wanted to go to "The Melting Pot" which is a fondue restaurant.  We decided to get the kids a chocolate fondue with fruit and various other things, rice krispies treats, brownies, marshmellows and CHEESECAKE!  We decided to get a swiss cheese fondue with veggies and apples.  Since the lady I was with didn't eat veggies I let her have all the apple slices and bread as well.  I took some of the rye bread and left the rest to her.  I also had a pomogranite martini (bad call).  In all I am not sure of the calories but know that I have to get back on track today.  I did get some exercise in yesterday because I went to the grocery store and walked instead of taking the car.  That was a good hour or so of walking.  Today I am going to go to the gym and swim I hope, but in the least I am planning on going for a walk tonight.  Bill hasn't joined me yet but I am still hopefull that I can rub off on him some time soon.  I have noticed a drop in my weight and want to keep going.  It seems like everytime I get to 160 I manage to go right back up to my regular weight so I have to get past that this time.  I will be very mindfull of what I eat today and be sure to get the exercise in that I need to in order to keep going.  I am down 4 lbs this week and need to keep going.
