Hello fellow bloggers!
Today is Thursday the 7th and I just finished my workout for today! Yesterday I have to admit I did not work out because I got up to go to work at 6a.m. and got home at about 2:30, showered, fell asleep for what was supposed to be a short nap, and woke up at 9p.m.! WHOOPS! I am a CNA though so I do a lot of walking and lifting all day long so I did get exercise in. Today I made myself a nice bowl of salad with a little shredded cheese, sliced tomatoe, chicken from the deli, and ceasar dressing. It was DE-LICIOUS! It is now 6p.m. and I am thinking of having breakfast for dinner by having some Special K cereal and some toast.
My workout consisted of jogging, a little sprinting, high knees, butt kicks, jumping rope, puffin-muffins, some abs stuff, and leg lifts with lots of stretching. I am snowed in my apartment so I cleared everything out of the way and have been working out in my living room! lol... it works! But I am constricted on what I can do! Well, going to go eat.. HEALTHY!

P.S.--Thanks for the advice on the diet pop! I had no idea! I am no longer buying diet pop either! I'm sticking to v8 juice, Apple Juice, and Cranberry Juice! My faves! Along with milk! I love milk! haha.. Thanks Again!
