Well, I pretty much sucked today. I am visiting my family for the weekend and I'm trying so very hard to stay with my healthy eating habits and working out while I'm home but man, it's just not working out for me!!
However, on the way here I did have to stop for some fast food on the way home and I got the low calorie meal at KFC instead of buffet or the big bowl of fat! So, I suppose that helped a little.
Also, my mom has been doing weightwatchers ...

Today is Tuesday, the first day I am starting my new way of life! I used to be so active, athletic, and at a great weight and very healthy. Ever since I got to college I have just let myself go. I used to weigh 130 pounds and am now at about 163. So, my first goal is to lose 10 pounds. I got up early this morning and worked out with my boyfriend: lots of stretching, about 40 minutes of cardio (one hour all together.) I am also going to change the way I eat: only di...
