I have been meaning to get serious about my weight ever since January 1 of 2010. Well, here we are almost through February and I hadn't been able to really get serious. I would have times when I would do my exercising and not eat right, then eat right but not exercise, but recently, it has been not eating right AND not excercising.
Never in a million years would I have thought I would have allowed myself to get this big and flabby. I am hopeful that this logging of my activity plus my eating will help me stay motivated! I noticed today that I changed my eating when I saw that I could still bail out the day from the cookies I began the day with! I will go to bed with one day adherence to my calorie goal.
