Since I began my weight loss journey at the first of the year, I've been true to my goals. I'm really pleased with myself and have lost about 12 lbs and weigh in at 156. My goal is still 145, so I have a ways to go, but I think I can continue this eating routine indefintely and am looking forward to the exercise. I feel better, look better and am physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced. Thank you Lord!!
