Workout Bloopers

After reading that during the progesterone phase of my 'cycle', I would need to push myself to do more exercise regardless the mental resistance...I proved my tenacity!   My husband and I stole away for a couple of hours to go to the y.  He likes to swim.  I usually do my workout, and join him in the pool area to sit in the hot tub, then go.  Well as I was getting ready, I took off my flip-flops and began to dig for the socks I knew I had packed.  I brought my shoes, but NO SOCKS!  I really did not want to do any cardio without socks, as my feet sweat alot and I didn't want to soak my shoes.  I then quickly realized I had pantiliners in the bag, grabbed a couple, and stuck one in each shoe.  It worked!  Instead of ditching my plan, I found a way to make it work!  Go Me!!!
