Struggles

Im sitting here trying to figure out what to eat for a snack, because i had thought i ate a good amount of food for breakfast. i scrambled up 4 egg whites and had a glass of milk. turns out it was barely 150 calories, which is great and all if i want to deprive myself of calories, but i dont want to shock my body into "survival" mode and have it start hanging onto everything. plus i havent had enough water yet today, and i'm waiting for one of my co-workers to go to the store with... maybe i'll just go alone, but i want to make a great choice with my food, that both gives me great energy and nutrition, but doesnt damage my body... cant figure it out.
