Well I have been on this journey since May 25, 2010 and am doing good, not great.........well actually if I look at my numbers I am doing great!  Every dieter is in the same boat.  It took us years to put it on and we want instant results, especially if we paid to help us get those results!

The body is a funny thing seeing how it's ruled by our brain.  Our brain tells us we need to eat, but we don't and the best one, our brain tells us we look good, have been doing good on our diet maybe we do deserve that _ _ _ _! But in reality we are still big.  We get fooled with the inches we see gone and the new clothes we wear and then we go to Tinkertown with our kids and still don't fit in the rides or we pull a muscle getting in and out of the rides.........yeah, that was my reality yesterday!!!

So we're going to go hard at it and fit into that smaller dress we bought!
