Since I last wrote I have been successful to my program.  It seems my eating is cycle related!!!  You ladies will understand and sorry to all the guys out there for airing my dirty secret!

and in a big way I might add!  You know, I had one of those nights when you don't feel like eating dinner because all you want is junk food.  Well my sweet husband (bless his heart) knew I was headed down a dangerous path and decided to get me skinny cow ice cream...........now granted it's fattening but he thought instead of me packing in 1000 cal. Well, I thought my weight loss journey would be easy but now that the majority of my weight has been dropped I have to work.  The band is not an easy way out and the people who say we are "taking the easy way out" don't know squat!

Well finally people are starting to compliment me on how I look and I feel great about it.  I've really wanted to start exercising and think I will strive for at least trying this week or at least bring up my weight bench.  The arms on all my tops are fitting very snug so that leads me to believe that I've lost muscle mass! and the arms fit good last winter but the tops were tight...boy this losing weight thing is a science!!  Anyway wish me luck for getting started.

Bad day

Well tonight was the most calories I have consumed in a day! Well most of them are from chocolate, a small box- 1 tray, that's 20 pieces of toffeefea........oh yeah, it was good but not worth all my hard work! Why did I do it....he'll knows??? Just have to get back on track I,m doing good, down a total of 62 pounds!

had a fill

well I had my 4th fill on September 23rd and for the 4 weeks prior I have lost 4 pounds.  I was a little dissapointed with the numbers but my doctor assures me I'm doing great.  I've been incredibly sick with a cold for the past 3 weeks and maybe the cold medication is holding back on the weight loss because of the extra sugar in cold medication and the water retention that's a side affect of the medication itself.

Crap, what a bad night I had, ate everything in site!  I need to get off my back end and exercise and stop this insane eating at night.  I'm not respecting my band and probably working against what it's to be doing.  This pisses me off because of the money I spent! why can't I get a better grip on things?  My friend who had surgery after me is doing great and I'm so proud of him, he's right on track unlike me????

Review of July

Well looking back on the month of July my weight has stayed the same.  My dietician recommends that I should be eating at least 1200 cal./day.
For 12 days I was under, 7 days I was over, 3 right on! so for the other 8 or so days I was prob. over too (because you always eat more if you don't diarize!)  I will try for a better month next time round.

Well I have been on this journey since May 25, 2010 and am doing good, not great.........well actually if I look at my numbers I am doing great!  Every dieter is in the same boat.  It took us years to put it on and we want instant results, especially if we paid to help us get those results!

The body is a funny thing seeing how it's ruled by our brain.  Our brain tells us we need to eat, but we don't and the best one, our brain tells us we look good, have been doing ...
