Week Two

Well after the First week, I'm down 11 lbs. Drooped most of that the first few days so I am guessing mostly water. However I have been eating really well, and feeling Great!. I can belive the full feeling that I am getting from eat so little and much healthier foods.
The Weekends are the Hardest. I played 5 games of ball this weekend and ran lots so that was great for the Calorie burn, but I eat bad. I started off great, but was eating pizza and heavy potato salads and burgers by the end of it all and I had a few drinks.
Also been reading about eating clean... seams like a great concept and great way to live my life. as I'm not here to diet, but to learn how i need to be the reset of my life...
Also the body logic cleanse kit form Shoppers drug make seem to be making a difference as well. Plus the Antioxidant drink... Taste really good... i drink a few of those a day...
Well I will keep pushing and see how things go... but I feel like I am on a good pace... and Great start...
