Feeling great today

I took advantage of my lunch break again. Went and walked to the bank and back and around outside for 20 minutes. Came back in and ate a sensable low cal lunch: light soup & with steamed veggie medley. All small portions and yummy!!!!
I have to say with it not being so hot now outside, it's really put a pep in my step to go outside and walk around. My hubby and dog have even benefited from it.
