My daughter gave me my own EA Active so for the last 2 days I have been doing the program at home. Wow talk about tough. Lots of sweating and huffing and puffing. Have managed to complete each workout though on the 30 day program. My hardest one is the running. I am not built to run at this moment. Really hard on my feet, they ache afterwards. Hoping the lighter get the easier it will be. Today is rest day so will do my 50 minutes on the treadmill. After the EA Active 26 minute workout I have integrated my own workout to target a few more areas of my body. I do crunches for the tummy, stretches as well to try and target the abdomen. I also work out with the stretch band. working legs and arms even though these are on EA Active. I started these and just want to continue on them, I figure I need all the help I can get. Down 27 pounds so far so something is working.
