Day 5

Well each day seems to be getting a bit better than the last. Its 4:30 and I am still way down in carbs, yay!, and eating a lot more lean proteins. Bought a scale today with some store credit, so I can weigh my meat and know exactly how many ounces of what I am really eating. I think its going to help tremendously. Went I got home I was sooo hungry and instincivly went to grab some low-cal bread and make a turkey sandwich with mustard. I even had everything out on the counter ready to go and I stopped myself, put everything back and sliced an apple had a tbl of peanut butter and a cup of light soymilk. I felt SO much better and afterwards I didnt feel sluggish or tired. I wont lie, I am still feeling really hungry, but I know that I just need to suck it up and it will get better. I even made cheeseburgers for the family last night and made myself a grilled chicken salad with veggie soup. I just need to stay focused and keep my eye on my goal.
