Day 7/8

Well I had a friend come to me with an emergency yesterday afternoon and spent the rest of the day at the ER, police and detectives. It was so taxing on my mind and body, I was absolutly exhausted. I didnt get home from everything till 11pm at night and even in starvation mode I thought to pop a lean cuisine in the microwave (thank goodness I have those on hand for emergencies) but then while it was cooking ate a bunch of tortilla chips and fat free bean dip, partially because I hadnt eaten in 10 hrs and I was SO stressed out. Starting today off better with a filling egg beater omelet. I am really feeling so much better I cant believe its only been a week. It may only be in my head but my jeans are already really loose on me, might be water weight loss since I have been drinking so much more water, I dont care, all I know is that I am feeling really good about what I am eating 90% of the time and have become so much more aware of what I am putting in my mouth every day. The fitclick diet tracker is so easy to use and really help keep me in check. So heres to the start of week 2!
