Looking for the Finish line

Why is grocery shopping such a chore? I've been trying to come up with ways to make it more fun, or to at least make it go by quicker...yet I still seem to have the same problem...I HATE IT...maybe it will be different whenever Warren and I have kids cause then maybe grocery shopping would be the "me time" away from everything....or maybe not....either way something needs to be done about this problem I have with it.

I had every intention today to go grocery shopping, I came up with a healthy meal plan for the next week and I wrote out the grocery list...I even listed the groceries in order of how I shop (toiletires section first, then grocery aisles, meat department, dairy, produce, bakery, then frozen food section) all to try and save myself time being in the damn store....but nope...no shopping, not me...not today. Instead I ran down to the bank, then I swung by the grocery store to pick up an easy frozen dinner for two and some coffee creamer for in the morning...then I got the hell outta there...I guess it could have been worse, I could have swung by McDonald's after my banking errand but I didn't...so that's good....right?

Whatever, tomorrow I'm gonna have to go otherwise it will be McDonald's tomorrow night for sure.
