Day 1 - Beginning

I'm almost done my first year of University and I've come to the conclusion that I'm just tired of being overweight.
I don't really feel like I'm drastically overweight - (if you call being 180 lbs bad) - but I'm not blind to the fact that I am. I've always been overweight, but looking back at a picture of me 3 years ago in Italy made me realize I really did gain quite a bit of weight.
I don't know what I'm doing that is wrong. I know I need to start working out, but there is nothing that I hate more than to be IN PUBLIC while doing so. I'm going to see how cutting out my sugar intake will do. I think the best thing I can do is not weigh myself until I get back home. So let's see how much weight I can lose in 4 weeks time!

Ideal Weightloss in that time is 10 lbs. Minimum 5 lbs.
