No gain in scale ..trying to regain motivation

Well, good news and bad news, good news last week I ate like a king and only worked out twice, did not gain any weight, however did not lose. I did not start this year to maintain my gut, tummy, flab, or fat, I started to lose and meet my goal, so here I am today - - starting from scratch buckle down, and stop the madness of old habits.
So I am trying to drop a 33 pound drop before we travel on our summer adventure, I am going to keep that eye in the sky to go forward and try my best to meet that goal, which is obtainable, if I can stop being the pig that I am. LOL.
