Day 2 City Hall Fit-N-Fabulous Weight Loss Challenge

Well, last night I ate before I left work because I knew it would be late before I got home and I didn't want to eat that late. So of course, I was hungry again by the time I got home.....I wanted cookies....but instead I ate some carrots. It what they call empty calories. I love it. It is a filler food where I can eat all I want and not gain from it and it still fills me up.

I am looking forward to the weigh in on Monday to see just how much I have lost for the first week. Its week two and three where i seem to have trouble and don't ever lose as much as I want to. I know I can do it...just gotta push through the hard stuff, exercise more and continue to eat right and I will not only meet my goal - but I want to exceed it and lose more than I thought I could!

I walked three miles yeatersday. Today I will be running and walking. Tomorrow I will be walking again. Then I plan on only running on thrusday and Friday! Sat and Sun are exercise equipment days since I have to work.

Ok girl...get going!
