Day two observation

Ok...As I was putting in my daily foods, I noticed where a lot of my problem is. I intake more carbs and very little protein. Im gonna have to change this around and do the opposite for each in order to lose weight! Anyone got any ideas to help me with this problem? I already use protein bars that I have tried in the past. Started back on drinking my water today also. So I know that will also help in losing the weight.
