Well, I picked up 8 Bob Harer DVD's and am alternating one a day, so far I cnan see better results in my form. I am now going to weigh once a month. With this new plan of attack of the bulge, fat, chunky - - all the above, I am feeling stronger about me. I am also, taking responsibility for what I put in my mouth ! Making sure, no more just a bite here and ther e- - they add up too fast. I am enjoying my new process and learning so many more different execise moves. I had the on DVD thinking that would take me ot my journey now I realize I need more and my body really got used to doing rhte same moves over and over. With my new direction I am looking forward to success on my scale!
