Getting the Hang of it. . . I think

Well,
Yesterday I went and brought some more healthy snacks for home (the other day was for work). Today, I planned my lunch. . and it is sooooo healthy!! I packed: green salad, carrots, 2 ham and cheese rolls. I also planned my snack times for 10:30am and 3:30pm.
As usual, I plan to walk on my break for aboout 15-20mins. When I got to work this morning, my co-worker did some high knee lifts with me for about 60secs. It sounded easy. .but for someone who is out of shape and overweight, those 60 secs felt like eternity!!! BUT, afterwards, I felt tingles in the front and back of my thighs, my upper and lower abs, and my calf muscles. For a simple some-what quick exercise, It really targeted a lot of muscles. Maybe I can gradually build on it to 120secs. . . .180secs. . .5 MINUTES!!! Who knows!
