So today is a new day, a chance to once again start over. If we are going to make it through this battle of weight loss (and it is a battle) then we have to start over every day. Yesterday is done and there is nothing you can do about the choices made except learn from them and choose to make better choices today.
Today I choose to take one meal at a time and decide to take each meal with a new start. I begin with breakfast. Instead of choosing a homemade egg and cheese breakfast I choose an egg white with 1 slice of fat free cheese on a whole wheat sandwich thin along with a half a cup of fresh fruit. Of course nothing but water to drink. Now that is a great, filling meal that won't make me have any regrets.
