Journaling my Journey

I started journaling my weight loss journey a few days ago and thought I would get on here everyday to post a new blog but I've already missed a couple of days. That's okay though because I know that I've been trying really hard to stick to my plan of taking it one day and one meal at a time. I did have a few extra snacks yesterday that weren't the best choices but I'm okay with that. I didn't go crazy and I only had a little bit. Today started another new day and with my first 2 meals of the day I have made great decisions. Now I have to stay strong for the rest of the day.
