ok.. new deterimination

Well.. its July 16, and I have droped 29.8 here... 32 before this site. I have to say I got close to my goals or actually hit the target on the day I wanted to... then back slided 7 lbs.. Oh I had great excuses.. but bottom line is I did not do what I needed to ! I have lost the same 10 lbs five times.. and now I am deterimined..!
Now I have l a new goal.. and by Aug 1 I want to lost 42 lbs.. I can do it..
I have tweeked my targets for more carbs..ie vegs,..and it helped.. I also now put protein shake in my morning coffee to get my systemed started w/ out having to eat anything until later. I am so not a moring eater! I have learned to choose fruit or vegs for tv time.. when I am my weakest.
I type biggest loser and exterme make over or the public access fitness shows like bodies in motion or fit workout.. and watch or work out with them when on my own equipment. But I actually like the types I have equally and find I feel the change more when I workout to plates or do the yoga and walk on the tread mill. I do use my weights and have upped to 10 lbs.
So I have been told the slight change is noticeable. I will continue! Even if I backslide again.. !!
