Here we go. . . .again.

Well, I am back at it again. Realizing that at minimum I HAVE to get to a healthy weight. I am slowly, but surely drifting into the pre-diabetic world I don't want to go there. So I must get a handle on things. Since I am not in such an emotional career any longer, there is not as much emotional eating involved. Now, I am not eating when I should and almost skipping meals at times, which is causing my body to hold on to food. . .and the fat.
I am very active at work, I work in a hospital. I often take the stairs or speed walk while pulling my navel to my back. Being that my job is high energy, I OFTEN leave here tired and begging for sleep, which cuts into anytype of "work-out" motivation when I get home.
We'll see, maybe I'll try to work in some extra play time outside or walking at home. . .who knows. . .
