Today was the first day of my new routine (Level 1: The Barbarian Horde). I had been circuit weight training/cardio training 3-5 times per week for the past 2 months, and it couldn't have prepared me for the new workout. I got my a$$ kicked this morning, don't get me wrong it felt awesome, as I love being challenged in the gym. Why not use this site to it's full potential?

I've been using this site for well over a month now, and I love it. What I don't understand is why people join the site and don't use it to it's full potential. For a free site it's better than almost any pay site I've been with. The ability, to track/add/create any type of food/recipe, or create complete workout programs, is awesome. I spend probably about an 30-60 minutes a day tracking my diet and workouts. If you don't track your diet, you don't really know what you're taking in and ...

New Start

Well the 19th is marked on my calender to start my new workout plan. For the past week or so since using this site I have been logging every food I possibly eat, as I've done this, I've realized where my bad calories are and where my good calories are. I've been slowly eliminating my bad calories for the good ones. My plan is to keep going in this direction. I've fought with being a bigger guy most my life. Fast Food

I've only be using this site for about a couple of days, been exploring the different features. One of the features I love is the diet tracker and how easy it is to find the food you've eaten. Today for simplicity I had eaten at A&W, had the Mozza Burger combo, with medium fries and medium Rootbeer. I know fast food isn't good for you, but after entering in my meal and finding out my lunch was 1200 calories, it made me realize just how bad might be some of the other burgers I eat, i.e. the whop...
