So I got back on the workout plan last night. Felt good to finish, even though I didn't complete the workout until 1am!! Strength training I felt right away, so I guess I did it right. 2.5 mile run in 34 minutes. Not bad considering how bad I ate over the holiday. To meet my goal of an average 13 minutes/mile, I need to finish in under 42 minutes. I will do it!
Need to make sure I get my sleep for the 5k on Sunday. Probably do two or three more days of workout and then rest f...
