This workout is designed to get your body toned and in shape without the use of equipment and is made for you to use right in your own home! It is also a great starter workout for those interested in furthering there exercise goals such as strenght training and body building. In this work out we work out for 5 days every week and rest for 2 days. This plan includes ab workouts, full body sculpting workouts and walking 2 miles. Have fun and sweat hard everyone!!!
