Jan. 13th.
Went off track today. Ate breakfast, but skipped lunch. Had a Weight
Watchers for dinner.
On a scale from 1 to 10, 10 being THE perfect meal-plan day. I would say I
was a 7.
Contemplating the exercise part.... (groan)

I hope this is what will WORK for me. I am 59 y/o and feel I shouldn't have to lose weight. But health reports say I would be much better off, if I
can lose weight.
I am a non- medicated Diabetic, I have to take medication for my high cholesterol, and medication for high blood pressure!
