I have always thought about giving something for Lent but I knew I couldn't or wouldn't give up something for the whole time. So I thought that if I gave up some calories I would at least give up something and also probably give up some weight. I am just "overweight" by my BMI calculation and if I lose 6 pounds I will be in my correct range.
If I give up 300-500 calories per day I can lose 6 pounds in the next month. So my plan: eat my same breakfast wh...
