After a rocky start and not losing any weight the first 3 weeks, I have finally gotten on the right track. I have managed to lose 8 lbs in two weeks. Of course the migraines and allergies have helped a lot with the appetite controll. I am getting used to not eating when bored, and if I do really need to eat, it is something healthier than junk food. Down 4 lbs in the past week. Haven't had much of an appetite the last few days and the 5 hour ride on Saturday took a lot out of me. Been dealing with allergies and that is really knocking me down. I hope the lack of appetite lately doesn't sabatoge me in the end and cause a binge. I have forced myself to eat at times.

Last week was not good. Went out of town for a night and things went to heck. The weekend wasn't good either. Start over tomorrow. A friend wants to go camping with the horses next weekend so I really need to focus next week.

Weekends can be really challenging. Went to visit my son yesterday and we always go out to eat, and if it's between 11 am and 2 pm, it's really hard to find a place that's not full when you only have one hour like my son. We ended up at Hardees and I have the Chicken filet combo meal, small with curly fries and unsweetened ice tea. I have been told that I should not eat less than the min. calories per day. I have eaten 1101 calories today, and I feel satisfied. I do not mean to eat less, it just seems to be working out that way. I hope it doesn't backfire on me. I am a little concerned about bingeing next week.

Made it through another day without hitting the sweets. The office I work in always has candy at the front counter and cookies in the break room. Makes it really hard to not cheat. I dropped 2 lbs since yesterday but I am guessing it is water weight. If I drink a lot of water everyday I can lose at least five lbs in a few days. I am really wanting to make pancakes right now. If not pancakes, then popcorn with butter. :(
OK, it's after 10 and I am ready to go to bed. Managed to stay away from the food.
