Hell yeah!!!! My weekly weightloss goal is 2-3 pounds per week. This week I lost 11.2 pounds!!!!!! I am soooooo happy. I know that every week will not bring me results like this, but this motivates me even more to keep working my hardest to get to where I want to be. I hope everyone else is achieving their weightloss as well.........

I am new to FitClick, and today is my very first day logging in my info. Before joining this site I lost 4.6 pounds (from Dec. 30th - Jan 27th), and I was very frustrated with that. I have about 140 pounds to lose (a long way to go...) I'm HOPING to lose at least 3 pounds a week. Hopefully that isn't too high of an expectation.
