Hello all. i decided that although i don't really do resolutions, i do want to get my weight and muscles back up to par. i am currently 157 at age 30 and used to be a cool 168 nice and cut. i fell off the last couple of years and instead of obtaining a beer belly, i just got skinnier. i cut back tremendously on the drinking and have a basic weight lifting set at home (no bench, just long bar, 2 short bars and some weights). i need massive calorie intake and need any advice, pointers and ...
