2nd day on diet

Well, it's the morning after the diet started. So far I'm very impressed with this site. The calorie counter that is free is especially nice. One feature that would help, would be the ability to add a food not mentioned, especially if you know the listed value of calories, etc., and be able to enter that manually. As it is, one has to pick what is closest to what one eats.
However, when you consider it's a free service, one should first say a word of thanks to FitClick for this site.
I ate another hard-boiled egg this morning. I just realized, that I probably need to add my diet drinks to this, as you do get sodium from them, even though no calories. I'll have to see if they have a listing place to enter that.
I'll be going out to eat Chinese buffet today - how to figure that in? It will be my "meal for the day." Probably not a good way to lose weight? They say small portions, spread out - is much better than one big meal and then nothing.
I'm 0.4 pounds down from the 185.0 where I started. I'd track my blood pressure too, but it's been so long since I checked it - I haven't a clue where I put the blood pressure tool. A sign of old age?
