I have just gotten back from vacation which was so relaxing. I did work out most everyday with my sister (the workout queen). During that time I used free weights (which I had been nervous to use) and built my endurance up in running. I can now run a 1/4 of a mile. It's a slow run, but its a start and I am so proud of that accomplishment. I did gain 2 lbs, but I was on vacation, however I calculated all of my measurements from July 2nd and subtracted my measurements from today and I have LOST 3.25 inches. I am super excited about that......everyone at work has said it looks like I have lost weight well now I know that its inches.
This week I will hopefully get an orientation at my gym on the weight machines, so I feel more comfortable using them. I also started my weight loss program over so I can refocus my goals. I think I am going to make 10 lb goals instead of a HUGE overall goal of 67 lbs. This will help me mentally feel like I am accomplishing something. I also have a goal of running a 1/2 a mile by the end of August as well.
