Life change is definitely different than dieting so no remorse about falling off the wagon and gaining five pounds. Instead, we start today like it was the first day. Did my workout but didn't do the nutritional part so it will be catch up with out gourging myself. Did get a new scale so I could be more accoutable for my daily activity. This weekend I got the entire household behind the life change and my daughter is actually getting up to make sure I get my exercise in daily.

Easter Sunday was not the best day. Didn't eat in the morning so I could attend Mass (catholic). Came home ravenous but I was able to manage the consumption and stay on target for the meal. Problem was more about staying in the system for the day. Did a half-baked snack of raisins, chocolate chips, pecans, walnuts, dried fruit. It was in a bag and not from a store so I really had no clue on the nutrition so I guessed.

Dinner was good and I stayed within my proscribe...

That's right, breaking those bad habits, breaking down that fat and muscle to build lean muscles, creating a new life style; all hard to do but the benefits definitely make the effort worth it.

I'll post each day regardless of whether I do the right thing or not. You'll hear from me and I hope I'll hear from you
